How to use LST (Low Stress Training) Clips Set

Place a clip over the stem you want to bend in a 90° position. Make sure you are using a soft part of the plant that can easily bend or you risk breaking the plant. Once the plant has started to grow upwards again, you can remove the clip and place it again to repeat the bending process.
